If you are in a job transition or wish to make a career move, you may want to send us your current resume. Please note, however, that we will be of little assistance to you unless we are currently working on a search related to your area of expertise. As a retained executive search firm, we are paid by the companies or organizations who hire us to fill a position. We do not work for individuals seeking employment.

Should you decide to send us a resume, please note the following:

• All information received remains confidential.
• No resume or name is ever discussed with a client company without contacting the potential candidate first. Should your area of expertise fit a search we are conducting, we will call you for further information and to inquire about your potential interest in the position.
• If your background is not appropriate for the searches we are currently conducting, your information will be kept confidential and on file for a period of six months.
• Personal interviews are reserved for those individuals who meet the prerequisites of a search for which we are engaged.
